When you are done shopping, review the items in your shopping cart, make any necessary changes. Then you complete the ordering process by being guided through our quick and easy 4-step-checkout process:

1. Enter your address data
2. Choose your preferred shipping method
3. Select your payment-method
4. Review the summary of your order and confirm.

Payment must be received before shipping. As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship your order.

At the moment we accept two payment methods:

	Paypal: You can pay via Paypal (and use your VISA or MasterCard credit card).
	Wire transfer:You may wire transfer to our bank account in Germany. Wire transfer is a fast, secure and easy way of payment. This usually takes between 1 and 3 workdays. If you pay by wire transfer you will receive 2% discount. The discount will automatically be subtracted during the checkout process.

We ship all international orders by FedEx International or by German Post Registered Mail. German shipments are shipped by DHL or Deutsche Wertlogistik. Whenever possible, we ship within 24 hours after payment has been received.

Shipping time

• Within the European Union: usually 1-3 workdays
• Other European Countries: usually 2-4 workdays
• USA, Canada and Japan: usually 6-8 workdays
• Other destinations: usually no longer than 10 workdays

Sales Tax / VAT

Our prices for customers inside the European Union include 19% VAT (aka sales tax). Customers from other countries (i.e. USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Russia etc.) do not have to pay VAT. They only have to pay our lower export price excluding VAT.

During the checkout-process our shopping cart software automatically detects and calculates the tax rate which is applicable for your country. Before confirming your order you will be given the final price / grand total (including shipping & handling charges).

Import Duties

Import Duties do not apply to shipments inside of the European Union.

Import duties vary from country to country.

Our information indicates that U.S. import duty on jewelry is less than 3% of the total declared value. FedEx will charge the import duty on behalf of US customs upon delivery. You may contact U.S. Customs for its estimated import duty. All our shipments to the USA and Canada include a proper invoice.

Please understand that we do not control import duty charges. They are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our value pricing nor shall they be refunded by us if an item is returned.

Special Note for Customers from the USA: US customs clearing is normally made either in Louisville KY or in New Jersey. To prepare customs clearing in the shortest possible time, usually the package with the paperwork is still in transit, when the person in charge at US Customs is working on it. So employees working on customs clearing don't have access to the package and may call and ask for paperwork. Please assure them, that everything they might need to verify the possible import duties is included in the shipment.

You can order with confidence: We offer a 14 day no hassle return policy. If you are not fully satisfied or if you don't like the item, simply send it back to us. We will refund you the full purchase price of the item.

We warrant our products for a period of 24 months after the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship. It does not cover misuse, scratches caused by normal use, modifications or damage caused by natural disaster.

When submitting a warranty claim please have your order number on hand. Please send the product back to the address listed on our homepage. Any required repairs and shipping and handling back to you are covered by our warranty.
